Red Velvet Cupcakes

Sift low-gluten flour and cocoa powder, then pour in baking powder and salt, and dry stir (the amount above makes about 12 cupcakes, and stir evenly

Pour red food coloring into the butter milk (or 110ml milk 10ml lemon juice) and mix well

Beat the butter

Add sifted powdered sugar and eggs

Stir well

Add half of the dry-mixed powder in the first step, pour it into the butter and mix well

Pour one-half of the milk that has been blended with the pigment, mix well, repeat steps 7 and 8, then pour in the remaining flour and milk and stir

Pour into a paper cup and pour two-thirds full

Bake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 20 minutes

Whip 150ml cream and 40g sugar

Cut the middle of the cake, spread the cream and close it

Squeeze some cream on top of the cake, and sprinkle some cake pieces on top to make garnish and you are done!
