Red Wine Braised Steak with Butter and Black Pepper Honey Sauce

Wash the pork chops and put them in the pot

Add dried red, salt, ginger, and some water to the pot so that the liquid level has just covered the meat

Bring to a boil, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until cooked

Take a small wok, melt the butter, add black pepper, a little stew soup and honey, boil well
