Red Wine Ribs and Quail Eggs

Wash the ribs and soak to remove blood.

Wash the rapeseed.
3.
Pick the broccoli, blanch it, and wash the wolfberry.

Remove the roots, wash and cut the shiitake mushrooms.

The quail eggs are cooked and peeled.
6.
Add water and spare ribs to the pot, add green onion, ginger, and red wine to a boil, add light soy sauce.
7.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and simmer until nearly cooked.
8.
Place the quail eggs.
9.
Add the rapeseed.
10.
Add the broccoli.
11.
Season with salt and bring the soup out of the pot.
