Red Wine Trotters

Wrap the cloves, dangshen, astragalus, and star anise cinnamon together into a packet for later use.

Chop the trotters, wash and control water for later use.

Heat oil in the pan and add the trotters.

Stir fry for a minute.
5.
Add scallions and ginger and stir fry for a fragrance.
6.
Then add Maggi Fresh and stir fry for a fragrance.
7.
Add dry red, water, rock sugar, salt and stir fry evenly.
8.
Put it in the material bag.

The fire boiled.
10.
Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for one and a half hours.
Tips:
There is no olive oil that can be replaced by ordinary cooking oil.
Add enough water at once.
