Red Yeast Cranberry Buns
1.
Put the bread ingredients except butter into the cook machine.
2.
After kneading smoothly, add butter and continue kneading.
3.
In about 15 minutes, the dough is kneaded and the glove film can be easily pulled out. Add dried cranberries, knead it by hand, cover with plastic wrap in a warm place, and ferment to 2.5 times its size.
4.
Take out the dough and let it ventilate, and divide it into 10 portions evenly.
5.
Take a portion and roll it up from one end of the dough, pinch it, put it in a baking tray, and ferment to about 2 times its size.
6.
After making the dough, sift the flour on the surface and cut the slit. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
In such a hot day, it must be sweaty to knead the noodles by hand! But this season is the best season for yeast dough! Use a good cook machine to get twice the result with half the effort!
