Red Yeast Rice Roasted with Bran

Prepare raw materials: roast bran and black fungus soak in water in advance;

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the sliced pork belly and stir fry;

Stir on low heat until the surface of the pork belly is slightly yellowed, and part of it will come out even after frying;

Add cooking wine and soy sauce;

Add appropriate amount of boiling water, add steel balls and other aniseed ingredients, cover with lid, turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes;
