Red Yeast Scallion Cookies

Chopped green onion for later use, chop as much as possible

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature. Add powdered sugar and salt

Beat the butter until feathery

Sift in low-gluten flour

Stir evenly with a spatula

Add chopped green onion

Put it in a piping bag.

Squeeze on the baking sheet.

Put it in the preheated oven, 175 degrees, middle level, 15 minutes.
Tips:
Before adding egg liquid each time, make sure that the previous egg liquid and butter are completely fused, and there is no phenomenon of water and oil separation.
