Usually I often eat creamy mushroom pasta, it will be a little bit greasy, this time I used milk instead of light cream, it is much refreshing, delicious but not greasy, and the salty flavor is strong! The kids said it was delicious! With meat and vegetables, a plate for dinner! The ingredients are fresh, so the kids can eat at ease!

Ingredients

Refreshing and Not Greasy Pasta with Milk, Bacon and Mushrooms

1. Prepare materials

2. First use a boiling pot, add water to boil

3. Add a spoonful of salt, add a handful of pasta, cook for 10 minutes, cook the pasta

4. Take it out and blanch the broccoli for later use.

5. Add a little corn oil or olive oil to the pasta and mix well to prevent stickiness.

6. On a non-stick frying pan, add corn oil, heat, fry the bacon slices first, then add mushroom slices and stir fry for a while,

7. Add milk, cook for 1 minute, add salt to taste!

8. Add the pasta cooked before and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. A full pot for 2 people, just perfect for two people with my daughter! Suitable!

9. Put the broccoli on the pan, add the broccoli, grind the right amount of black pepper, and start eating! !

Tips:

1. The amount of milk depends on the amount of pasta and can be adjusted.
2. Control the amount of salt by yourself. After adding milk, the seasoning is normal. Add the pasta and stir-fry, and the taste will be just right!
