Refreshing Appetizing Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish
1.
Wash the radish and remove the stems and leaves.
2.
Use chopsticks on both sides of the radish, cut into thin slices, do not cut the bottom.
3.
Pull the radish and shift it by 90°, and cut into a cross knife.
4.
Cut the radishes one by one.
5.
Sprinkle salt evenly and marinate for 5 minutes.
6.
Pour out the marinated soup, add sugar and white vinegar and squeeze an appropriate amount of lemon juice, and stir well.
7.
Put the flowers on the plate and pour the soup on it. Lotus and flowers are not difficult, you just need to mark the "rice" shape first, and then slowly cut along the radish skin to the bottom of the radish.
Tips:
Put the chopsticks on both sides of the radish to prevent the radish from being cut off. It tastes better in the refrigerator
