Refreshing Bitter Gourd

Prepare the main ingredients.

Cut the bitter gourd into two, remove the inside and cut into slightly thicker slices, cut the green and red peppers into slices, and peel the garlic into slices.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil when the water is boiled, and then add bitter gourd and green and red peppers to blanch water.
