The weather is getting hotter and colder noodles will appear gorgeously. It can be said that if you don't eat cold noodles three times a week, you are not in the summer. I have to try this cold noodle recipe, keep it for a while and want to take it next.

Ingredients

Refreshing Cold Noodles

1. Clean and prepare cucumbers, chives, and coriander

2. Shred the cucumber, cut the coriander into sections, and chop the shallots

3. Put a little salt in the cucumber shreds and mix well. Master the amount of salt according to personal taste

4. Cut the small dried chilies into sections and place them in the shallots

5. Heat the oil, pour it into a bowl, and pour it directly on top of the chili, a little more oil, pour it into the bowl and it will be level with the chili and shallots

6. Stir immediately with chopsticks

7. Put in vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar, you can taste it while you put it, jump to your favorite taste

8. The noodles are cooked too cold

9. Put the top noodles into the mixed cucumber shreds

Tips:

The taste of the sauce can be adjusted as you like.
If you use my cut dried chili segments, heat the oil a little bit, and if you use chili powder, the oil temperature will be slightly lower.
