Refreshing Colored Pudding

Prepare all the materials first

Make the first layer of chocolate-flavored pudding. Heat 200g of pure milk, add 20g of sugar, cocoa powder and 7g of fish gelatin powder, and mix well. After cooling, put it in a cup and put it in the refrigerator until the pudding is condensed.

Now let’s make the second layer of matcha-flavored pudding. Heat 200g of pure milk, add the remaining 20g of sugar, matcha powder and 7g of isinglass powder, mix well, let cool, pour it on top of the chocolate pudding and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.

Then make the third layer of coconut milk flavored pudding. Heat the coconut milk, add 7g isinglass powder and stir evenly, let cool, pour on the matcha-flavored pudding and refrigerate until set.

Finally, make the mango-flavored pudding, first take out the mango flesh and stir into the mango puree with a blender.

Take the remaining 50g pure milk and heat it with 9g isinglass powder and mix well.

Stir the mango puree and the milk with isinglass powder evenly, pour it on top of the coconut milk-flavored pudding, put it in the refrigerator to condense.

The beautiful multi-flavored pudding is finished!
Tips:
Coconut milk and mango have a sweet taste, so I didn't add sugar. If you like dessert, you can add sugar appropriately.
