Refreshing Cucumber Pickles

Wash the cucumber, cut into strips, sprinkle salt on the surface, and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

Prepare pepper slices and garlic slices during the marinating process.

Control excess water.

Add pepper to cucumber, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar.

Add a small amount of plain water. Marinate for more than 2 hours, and the refreshing cucumber is ready.

To prevent small flying insects, I covered it with plastic wrap.

I forgot to take a picture. I only remembered it after eating. It's delicious, refreshing, and green. After all, small pickles, don't eat too much!
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add some spicy rice, I went to buy it but didn't get it.
