Refreshing Jelly
1.
Pea flour can be bought online or in food stores.
2.
Ratio: The ratio of pea flour to water is 1:6
3.
Take 1 bowl of pea flour, take 1 bowl of water, and mix the pea flour fully.
4.
Note: The ratio was 1:6 before! I just used 1 bowl of water, and there are 5 bowls of water. Put these 5 bowls of water in the pot and bring to a boil.
5.
After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat, slowly pour the pea flour just adjusted into the pot, pour it and stir with chopsticks at the same time. After about 1-2 minutes, the pot becomes very thick and becomes similar to rice soup, turn off the heat and prepare for the pot.
6.
Take a container, preferably flat, to dissipate heat, pour the jelly out of the pot and wait for it to cool down.
7.
Chop green onions, garlic, parsley, etc., put them in a bowl, and put them in the old godmother.
8.
Add vinegar, a little salt, sesame oil, and make a cold seasoning for later use.
9.
Take out the cold jelly and cut into pieces or strips. Note that it is emphasized here: the pea flour out of the pot must wait for it to completely cool down before it can be formed. If you want to cool down, you can put it in the refrigerator, but don't get frozen, it can be cold enough to shape, which is convenient for cutting and making styling.
10.
Cut the jelly, put it on a plate, and drizzle over the seasoning. A plate of delicious jelly made by yourself is complete!

Tips for the whole process: 1. It must be pea flour, I have not made any other flour; 2. The proportion must be mastered; 3. The cooking time must be controlled well, too short and not cooked, too long to be cooked; 4. Certainly When it gets cold, it will naturally form a piece and become jelly. When it is still hot, it is not easy to cut or shape. 5. The styling and seasoning are made according to what you want, there is no fixed requirement.
Tips:
Eat it in summer and add some vinegar to taste better.
