Refreshing Kimchi

Wash all ingredients, prepare all seasonings and spices

Prepare a sealable box, pour in rice vinegar, sugar, pickled pepper, pickled pepper water and pepper, stir until the sugar melts

Peel all the radishes, carrots and lettuce, cut into small strips and put them in a bowl, sprinkle salt and marinate for 20 minutes, discard the marinated water in the bowl
4.
Pour both the radish sticks and lettuce sticks into the kimchi juice of step 2, cover with a sealed lid, shake well by hand, and wait for another half an hour before taking it out.
