Refreshing --- Stir-fried Lettuce with Yam

Peel and slice yam and lettuce [Soak yam in clear water]. Slice ginger and garlic, and cut green onion into flowers.

Heat the ginger and garlic in a pot for 5 minutes.

Add yam and lettuce slices and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt, add chopped green onion and stir fry evenly.

After serving, the crispy yam and lettuce are really refreshing. The yam is white and the lettuce is green and seductive.
