I often eat pickled radishes and cucumbers. I am tired of eating. Recently I changed the taste and made a fresh and delicious cold dish. The sweet and sour tastes very good. My husband likes it very much!

Refreshing Sweet and Sour Cold Bitter Chrysanthemum

1. Prepare bitter chrysanthemum and cherry tomatoes.

2. Wash and tear the bitter chrysanthemum, soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes, pour out the light salt water, and wash the bitter chrysanthemum again with cold boiled water to drain the water.

3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

4. Put bitter chrysanthemum and cherry tomatoes in a small basin, mix sugar, salt and rice vinegar into juice and pour into it.

5. Add a spoonful of white ripe sesame seeds.

6. Mix well with chopsticks and marinate for 5 minutes to taste.

Tips:

1. The bitter chrysanthemum is soaked in light salt water to remove certain pesticide residues.
2. After soaking, wash it with cold water, don't use raw water, because it is eaten directly, the tap water contains many microorganisms and bacteria.
