Renlian Sauce

Main ingredients: Renlian. Wash and set aside.

Cut off the black part at the top, as shown in the figure. Scrape the hard black scabs of the peel thinly.

Cut 2 peppers into small pieces.

Cut the ginger into small pieces.
5.
Boil water in a pot and add two spoons of salt.

Add Renlian and cook for 5 minutes.

Put the cooked Renlian into the cooking machine.

Start the cooking machine and break Renlian.

Put all Renlian sauce on a large plate.

Add the weighed white granulated sugar and mix well. Because Renlian was just cooked and it was very hot, the sugar melted immediately after stirring.

Treat the ginger and chili with water.

Add the ginger and chili to the Renlian sauce just now.

Stir well again. If the temperature is not enough and the sugar has not melted completely, you can pour the sauce into the pot and heat it for another minute or two.

After allowing it to cool, put it in a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. The black scab on Renlian fruit is best to be scraped off, so as not to affect the taste.
2. It is not suitable to cut ginger and chili diced too small to avoid finding it when eating. Fly water treatment is also to be done.
3. The ratio of Renlian to sugar is 1:2
4. Put it in a glass bottle after cooling, because it is easy to deteriorate when it is put in the bottle and sealed.
