Replenishing Qi and Invigorating The Spleen Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Wash the ribs and blanch the water, and add 5g of ginger slices and 5g of cooking wine to the blanching water to remove the fishy smell
2.
After blanching the water, rinse with clean water, put an appropriate amount of cold water in the casserole, put the ribs and soaked mushrooms in the casserole and put the remaining ginger in the casserole (my casserole is 3.6L, which is basically a quarter Third of water)
3.
Then squeeze one-third of the lemon juice into the pot by hand, add a little lemon to the soup, so that the phosphorus and calcium in the bones are dissolved in the soup, so that the stewed soup tastes delicious and is easily absorbed by the intestines and stomach. After putting the lemon, the soup is not greasy at all, and the nutrition is not irritating.
4.
After the water is boiled, put the soaked cordyceps flower (the cordyceps flower can be soaked in warm water for half an hour), and simmer for more than 2 hours
5.
Half an hour before turning off the heat, pour in the cut yam and add 6g of salt 15 minutes before turning off the heat
Tips:
I basically put some lemon juice in the soup to ensure that the soup is delicious and not greasy, and it can better dissolve the calcium phosphate in the bones into the soup!
