Reunion Seafood Noodle

The most important thing about seafood noodles is the soup, so make the soup first. The toppings made from the soup can make the seafood noodles more delicious. Bone soup is the most commonly used method of broth. Prepare 3 catties of bones, chicken bones, beef bones, or pork bones. Wash the bones.
