Revised Lamb Chops Bak Kut Teh

Wash lamb chops in cold water, remove after boiling and change the water.

Bak Kut Teh soup stock and garlic granules.
3.
Put in a casserole, add a few slices of ginger to remove the taint, boil over high heat and turn to low heat.
4.
Simmer for 40 minutes before adding the carrots.
5.
Simmer for another 20 minutes, turn off the heat, add coriander and chives, and serve.
