Ribbed Noodles with Pork Belly

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, cooked pork belly (sliced), corrugated noodles

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Afterwards, lower the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of water and blanch for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cut cooked pork belly, and add some light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, add the blanched Lei Sun and stir fry.

Then, join the corrugated noodles, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and boil until cooked for 4 minutes.
