Ribs Braised Rice

Materials are ready

Boil the ribs in water to remove blood, and cut carrots and mushrooms into cubes

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon and saute, add the blanched ribs, add rock sugar and fry until the surface is slightly yellow

Add soy sauce and light soy sauce and continue to stir fry to make the ribs color, add water to submerge the ribs, then add cooking wine and salt

Put the rice and glutinous rice together and wash them, then add diced mushrooms and diced carrots

Then pour the ribs in the pot and the soup into the rice cooker, cook it in the standard cooking mode and simmer for ten minutes
Tips:
The ratio of rice to glutinous rice is 2:1, so the cooked rice is soft and glutinous; but I don’t know if the amount I wrote is correct, it is based on our family’s meal, haha\(^o^)/
