Ribs Braised Rice
1.
Stir-fry chives, ginger and garlic in hot oil in a pot

Pour the blanched ribs and stir fry until fragrant
3.
Pour in the light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly
4.
Pour the carrots and mushrooms and stir fry evenly
5.
Pour rice into the pot and stir in the fried ribs
6.
Pour in oyster sauce chicken essence water and cook.
