Ribs Braised Rice

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine to remove the smell, cook for about 3 minutes after boiling, remove, rinse with water, and cut into small pieces

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry your favorite side dishes to get the water vapor, so it tastes better

Put oil in another pot, stir-fry rock sugar into amber color on low heat, add pork ribs and stir fry for color, add green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, and bay leaves to fry for a fragrance

1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 grams of pepper powder, stir fry
