Ribs Braised Rice-one-click on The Rice Cooker

After the ribs are blanched, rinse them off with warm water.

Add the cooking wine and light soy sauce to the ribs and marinate for 20 minutes.

Dice mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes, slice ginger into thin slices, peel garlic, and rinse the sweet corn kernels with water and drain for later use.

Add a little salad oil to the rice cooker, add the marinated ribs, add the braised soy sauce, add sliced ginger and a few cloves of garlic, add an appropriate amount of water and cook for 20 minutes.

Pick out ginger and garlic, add shiitake mushrooms, carrots, diced potatoes and sweet corn kernels, add the washed rice, and mix well.

The rice cooker will continue to cook for 40 minutes and it will be OK.

Tips:
1. My son doesn't like to eat shiitake mushrooms, so he cut them into slices so that he can pick them out.
2. All the ingredients are in the right amount. This is the case for Chinese food. There is no way to accurately use it. Therefore, the same dish and the same method will not taste exactly the same for everyone.
3. The amount of water is not easy to control. It depends on how much rice is cooked. I add it to the position just flush with the ribs.
