Ribs Corn Soup

Choose a few small ribs and a few bones, one sweet corn, green onion and ginger

Wash the spare ribs in a pot under cold water, add green onion and ginger cooking wine to boil out

Boil, remove and rinse

Put green onions and ribs in a pot under cold water, and boil for about an hour and a half

Boil for about an hour and a half. The bones and meat smell come out. Put the corn and put a few medlars when it comes out of the pot.

Goji berries must be washed and put in five minutes
Tips:
1. Choose ribs that are fat and thin, and wash them a few times because there are many broken bones when you chop them, and try to wash them cleanly
2. Cut sweet corn into pieces
3. After boiling for one and a half hours, remove the blood foam from the pot and cook the aroma when putting the corn in the pot and the ribs.
4. When it comes out of the pot, just put a little salt in the right amount to drink the soup, so it’s just the original flavor.
