Ribs Dried Squid and Scallop Casserole Congee

This is the pork rib soup prepared first, with ginger added, and it takes about 40 minutes to cook in a casserole.

Add the washed rice to the boiled ribs soup, and stir after adding the rice so that the rice will not stick to the pot.

After the rice was boiled for a few minutes, put in the scallops and dried squid prepared in advance. There is no winter vegetables in the house, so I didn't add it.

For casserole porridge, watch the fire on the side to prevent the pot from overflowing. It is more suitable to cook slowly on medium heat.

About 20 minutes after adding the rice, stir while cooking. The casserole porridge generally does not cook so badly and thickly. You will know it after eating the Teochew casserole, so it will be about the same if you cook it for 10 minutes.
