Ribs with Sand

Put in a bowl, put about 450 g spare ribs, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp brandy, and add 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, then stir evenly .

Then add 3 tablespoons of cornmeal and 1 tablespoon of bread sugar. Grasp evenly.

Put a dish on the air pan and a shelf on the dish.

Put the mixed ribs on the plate and set 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Free up your hands when grilling the ribs and chop the yellow pepper, red pepper, green onion and garlic.

Frying time is up, turn the ribs over and bake for another 5 minutes.

Re-start the pan, medium to high heat, remember, don't add oil, put 1 tablespoon of minced yellow pepper, minced red pepper, minced garlic, green onion, and bread crumbs into the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the ribs, stir evenly, and OK. Enjoy!
Tips:
1. The cornmeal mentioned here is not cornstarch. The English name of cornmeal is Corn Meal, which is corn flour for making cakes and buns. The grains are relatively coarse, and it is also a member of coarse grains;
2. The author prefers to use ceramic dishes on the fryer to hold food, which is easier to wash. Adding a shelf on the dishes is for the ribs to better ventilate the hot air;
3. You don't need to add oil when frying minced chili and minced garlic, otherwise the whole dish will feel greasy;
