Rice Bowl Cake

Dissolve the sugar with boiling water, pour it into the sticky rice noodles after cooling, and stir evenly.

The well-stirred rice syrup can be lifted down with chopsticks in a line.

Add yeast powder.

Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment at room temperature for about three hours or refrigerate and ferment overnight.

After the fermented rice milk, many small bubbles can be clearly seen on the surface.

Add baking powder and mix well.

Divide into the prepared container, about five or six minutes full, cover the lid and serve for about half an hour, to seven minutes full.

Steam on high heat for about ten minutes, and simmer for two minutes to get out of the pot.
