Rice Buns

A moderate amount of flour.

A bowl of black sesame, red dates, oats and soy milk, let it warm, pour in an appropriate amount of baking powder, and stir well.

Pour into the flour.

The fermented noodles are sleepy.

Soak the red dates to soften.

Cut the jujube into diced pieces.

Put the chopped dates into the dough and knead into the dough.

The kneaded dough pieces are pulled into uniform size doses and kneaded into steamed buns. (Something went out, my daughter rubbed the steamed buns, take less pictures😅.)

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and steam on a tray with cold water for 30 minutes.

Turn off the heat and simmer for three or four minutes. Steamed buns. Super soft.

Tips:
There are rice, millet, yam, walnut kernel, rock sugar suitable for oats, black sesame, rock sugar in the rice paste. 😊
