Rice Cake

Soak the rice overnight.

Use a wall breaker to make rice syrup.
3.
Cut the dragon fruit into the rice milk and continue to beat for half a minute (no photo taken)

Add yeast, flour and oatmeal and mix well.
5.
Leave to ferment for 2 hours.
6.
Put it in a cake mold, sprinkle with dried cranberries, and steam in a steamer for 15 minutes.
7.
Out of the pot.
8.
Soft and delicious.
