Rice Cake

Soak a small half bowl of rice for four hours, then rinse with clean water after soaking.

Put it into a food processor and grind it into rice syrup.

Pour the rice milk into a large bowl and add a spoonful of flour.

Add a spoonful of sugar and two grams of yeast powder.

Add two grams of aluminum-free baking powder.

Stir evenly, keep fresh and cover for one hour.
7.
Pour the proofed rice milk into a silicone mold.

Steam on the pot for 25 minutes.
