Rice Cake

Prepare materials.

Put the sticky rice flour, icing sugar, and aluminum-free baking powder into a large bowl and mix well.

Add 200 ml of water.

Mix well, adjust to rice milk and let stand for 10 minutes.

Brush the inside of the mold with a layer of oil.

Pour the adjusted rice milk until the mold is 8 minutes full.
7.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on the surface.

Put it into the boiling steamer.
9.
Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. The rice milk must be stirred well, without particles.
2. The amount of sugar can be adjusted appropriately according to preference.
