Rice Cake

It’s best to soak the glutinous rice overnight. Soak the rice for about an hour in advance. You can pour the mixed rice into the rice cooker. I also add some vegetables.

Add a little salt and water to slightly higher than the rice grains (less water than usual for cooking rice)

Stir loose after the rice is cooked

I added some chopped green onion and chicken bouillon, mix well, find a square box, and cover with plastic wrap

Put the rice in it and flatten it slightly, so that the surface is flat.

After being completely cooled, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it overnight. After taking it out, cut into proper size.

I used a small pot, waited for the oil to be 60% hot, and put it in the rice cake

Deep-fry golden brown on all sides, remove it and absorb oil with kitchen paper.
Tips:
The taste and appearance of frying is better, but it is more oily. It is recommended to find a small pan for frying in a small pan, pour slightly more oil than stir-frying, and fry until the surface is golden.
