Rice Cooker Braised Pork Ribs

Put the ribs in a pot of cold water, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, and blanch

After the water is boiled, skim off the scum, then remove it, and then clean it

Put the Orleans marinade in the water and mix well

Pour the Orleans marinade into the ribs, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, green onion and ginger

Grab and mix evenly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for an hour

Cover the rice cooker with shallots and ginger slices, pour in the ribs and the water for the marinated ribs, turn on the rice cooker and simmer for an hour, turning the noodles halfway through
7.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of the pot and start eating
