Rice Cooker is Delicious and Braised Pork Ribs with Potatoes
1.
Ingredients: 8 short ribs, 2 potatoes, 2 slices of ginger cornstarch, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar. A teaspoon of salted chicken noodles (can be omitted or replaced with other marinade), a piece of fermented bean curd
2.
Fresh pork ribs are mixed with soy sauce, corn starch, sugar, salt chicken powder, fermented bean curd, and ginger, and marinate for more than 10 minutes.
3.
The marinated ribs are laid flat in the rice cooker and the water is level with the ribs, and the sauce for the marinated ribs is also poured in.
4.
Press the cooking button for about 15 minutes, flip the lower ribs, and continue cooking.
5.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thick pieces.
6.
Add the potatoes, turning once halfway to prevent the potatoes from sticking to the pan. And it can make the potatoes evenly taste.
7.
Pull up the cooking button when boiling until the juice is almost collected, but keep the power on (that is, the heat preservation function), and do not open the lid, and then turn on the pot to load the plate.
8.
The fragrant and delicious food came out.
Tips:
As for how much water to put? Depending on how soft you can accept, if you want the ribs to be softer, you can add more water. If there is not enough water, you can add some water in the middle. I cooked it for about half an hour this time. The power of each rice cooker is different, and the time it takes will be different.
If you like spicy food, you can add chili and cook together, or sprinkle some cumin powder on the plate for a more special flavor.
