Rice Cooker Makes Delicious and Simple Shacha Beef Braised Noodles
1.
Wash and cut the cabbage, peel the carrot, wash and shred, and shred the onion.
2.
Beef slices and set aside.
3.
Take a container and put an appropriate amount of broth (about 200ml) in it. If there is no broth, just use water.
4.
Put appropriate amount of soy sauce, pepper, sugar, shacha sauce, and steak sauce in the broth, stir them all well and set aside.
5.
Put the cut beef slices into a non-stick pan and fry. While frying, add some garlic slices and chili (I don’t eat spicy, so I didn’t put them) and fry until the beef slices are discolored on both sides.
6.
Pour the fried beef slices and the fried soup into the prepared sauce.
7.
Mix the noodles with 1, 6 into the rice cooker, add some salt to taste, and stir them evenly with chopsticks.
8.
Plug in the rice cooker and press to cook, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. After the noodles are simmered, stir with chopsticks to serve.
Tips:
Happy tears are a little windy:
1. The best choice of noodles is oily noodles, which is the kind of yellow, cold noodles we usually eat.
2. Shacha sauce and steak sauce 1:1 is enough. That is, one spoonful of shacha sauce, one spoonful of steak sauce.
3. If there is no broth, you can use water instead.
4. If there is no non-stick pan at home, add proper amount of salad oil when frying the beef.
