Rice Cooker Salt Baked Chicken

Three Yellow Chicken/Salt Baked Noodles/Sea Salt White Wine/Green Onions/Ginger/White Sesame/Coriander

Add a small amount of sea salt to the salted baking powder.

Pour white wine into the chicken body and wipe the whole body evenly inside and outside.

Sprinkle salted baking powder (mixed with a small amount of sea salt).

Wipe evenly inside and outside again.

Stuff the chicken belly with green onion and ginger slices, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Brush the bottom oil on the inner pot of the rice cooker, and add the green onion and ginger slices.

Add the marinated chicken.

Brush with oil, close the lid, and cook for 30-40 minutes.

Chopsticks can easily penetrate the chicken thigh and it can be out of the pot.

Let cool a little before tearing into pieces.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds, top with coriander, and serve deliciously.
