Rice Cooker Sausage and Vegetable Claypot Rice

Slice the sausage, dice carrots, green beans, and corn kernels. Wash and set aside.

Wash the rice, put it in a rice cooker, and add the amount of water used to cook rice. I usually use 1:1 rice and water. You can choose this according to your preference.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and sauté until fragrant.

Stir all the ingredients in a pan, add half a spoon of sugar, a spoon of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly with an appropriate amount of salt.

Pour the fried vegetables into the prepared rice cooker.

My rice cooker has the function of Claypot rice. If you don’t have it, you can press the rice cooking button. After one time, press the rice cooking button again, and the rice will appear as if the rice is turned off in the middle of cooking.
