Rice Cooker Seafood Rice

Blanch tomatoes, peel and dice them.

Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and remove the shrimp string.
3.
Saute the onion, minced garlic, and chopped tomatoes.
4.
Steam the rice with half the usual amount of water, add the freshly-fried ingredients before turning on the fire, and cook for about 20 minutes.
5.
Add the prawns, mussels, and squid rings, and cook for another ten minutes.
