Rice Cooker Sweet Potato Cake
1.
There are sugar, sesame, corn oil and I forgot to shoot.
2.
Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them with a spoon.
3.
Add sugar, corn oil, and milk to the eggs and beat them evenly.
4.
Add the flour to the baking powder and mix well while sifting it, then add it to the egg liquid.
5.
Use a spatula to cut and mix evenly until there is no dry powder.
6.
Add sweet potato puree and continue cutting and mixing.
7.
Finally add sesame seeds and mix well.
8.
Brush the oil after the rice cooker is preheated. Pour in the batter and vent a few times. Cover the exhaust port with a damp cloth. Press the cooking button, wait for the button to jump up and simmer for 20 minutes before pressing it. Open the lid 20 minutes after the key is jumped, and use a toothpick to insert the non-sticky batter.
9.
Finished product. The whitish place is because I opened the lid late and dripped with water vapor.
10.
You can see small sweet potatoes, soft, sweet but not greasy.
