Rice Flour Meat

According to the amount of meat, add oil and sugar to the wok and heat it until brown. Pour the meat and stir fry to make it dark red.

Wash the wok clean, dry it, no water and no oil are required, put the glutinous rice into the wok and stir-fry until the golden brown comes out of the wok.

Crush the fried glutinous rice with a rolling pin. Note: Don't crush it too much.

Put the pepper aniseed in hot water, add sweet noodle sauce, cooking wine, and stir.

Put the meat in the blended seasoning, and then add the ground glutinous rice.

Stir everything after putting it all together, requiring that every piece of meat be dipped in it.

Finally, put it in the steamer and steam for 1.5 hours to 2 hours to get out of the pot.

Fat but not greasy 🉐 Rice noodle meat is just fine! Drool.
