The child’s father had been reading the home-style rice noodles for a long time. He bought la rice noodles and soaked the rice noodles by himself, and then said bitterly that he really wanted to eat the old-style capers and minced pork rice noodles. This tamarind bean is not available at home, but the frozen beans are made by my mother-in-law, and I think it should be good to use with powder.

Rice Noodles with Minced Pork

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Soak dry rice noodles one night in advance to soften.

3. Then add water to the pot and boil the soft soaked rice noodles.

4. Then put the rice noodles out of the pot with cold water, and boil the rice noodles again.

5. As shown in the picture, the rice noodles that have been boiled once are boiled again.

6. Put the boiled rice noodles into a bowl with controlled water.

7. Then add oil to the wok, add the minced meat, garlic, and diced beans to the pan and fry until fragrant.

8. Then add cooking wine, mushroom sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and half a bowl of water.

10. Finally, the toppings are cooked and fried on top of the rice noodles.

Tips:

The rice noodles are boiled once and then boiled in cold water. This is to make the rice noodles more smooth.
