This is a quick meal that my kids can't eat enough. The recipe is super simple, without adding a drop of oil, it's smooth and refreshing, and it tastes delicious enough to lick the plate. After enjoying the main ingredients, I drank a few sips of the soup. The taste is really beautiful. Often eat to protect the eyes, beautify the skin, and lose weight.

Rice Noodles with Soup

1. Wash the tomatoes, pick and wash the spinach. These vegetables are all home-grown green vegetables

2. Salted goose eggs are cooked in advance, red and yellow tomatoes are cut into pieces separately

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole, add red and yellow tomatoes to a boil

4. Prepare rice noodles and rinse with cold water

5. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil the water, add the rice noodles and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring while boiling

6. Remove the cooked rice noodles and soak in cold water for about 5 minutes

7. Boil the tomato until the soup is rich and boil it until the soup is rich

8. Add the cooked rice noodles and spinach, add a little salt, sugar, and green pepper to taste.

9. The very delicious soup and rice noodles are out of the pot, with a few slices of braised beef prepared beforehand, half a salted goose egg, and a little spicy cabbage. It is really refreshing and appetizing.

Tips:

1. The side dishes are free to match. You can add some chili oil or sesame oil if you like. I like this oil-free rice noodles, and nothing is added.
2. Don't cook the rice noodles for too long to prevent it from breaking. After cooking, they must be soaked in cold water to make the rice noodles smooth.
