Rice Noodles with White Silk

Rice white shredded ham sausage, diced garlic clove, minced minced egg and beaten evenly

I use this sauce of course it doesn’t matter much

After the water is boiled, add the noodles and add a bowl of cold water to boil and turn to a low heat to stir otherwise the noodles will turn into a lump

Pour oil into the pot and put in a few peppers until you smell the pepper, then pick out the pepper

Stir fry until the minced garlic is slightly charred so it's delicious

Add rice white silk, stir fry, add 1/3 tablespoon salt and stir fry until it looks a bit soft, add half a teaspoon of soy sauce

Add the egg liquid and evenly wrap it on the rice white wire
8.
After the egg is set, add diced ham and stir fry evenly
9.
Add noodles and then add a spoonful of bean paste or chili paste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
It's very simple anyway... but the taste is really good...
