Rice Pizza

Rub the pizza plate with butter.

The leftover rice is 200g in a bowl. The rice should be softer, and of course the freshness is the best.

Bring plastic wrap and compact it with a rice spatula. Put it in the oven and heat up and down at 200 degrees, and bake the middle and lower layers for 15-20 minutes. It’s best to bake the bottom until it sticks together. If it doesn’t stick together, it’s baked rice🤣🤣

I put 37 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese.
