Rice Rolls with Leek and Yellow Meat Sauce
1.
Prepare various materials.
2.
Pick and wash the leek and cut into small pieces.
3.
Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, pour in the minced meat and stir fry, then add water and light soy sauce.
4.
Pour in the chives, continue to stir fry, add sugar, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce one after another. After the chives are cooked and soft, add cornstarch to make the soup thicker and ready to serve.
5.
Add salt to the sauce to taste a little bit saltier.
6.
Cut the rice noodles into small pieces and steam them in a pot for about 5 minutes.
7.
Finally, top with meat sauce, stir well and start eating.
Tips:
Don't put salt in the meat sauce at the beginning. The vegetables in the province are too salty to be eaten. You can add an appropriate amount of salt after the sauce is ready to ensure that the rice rolls are flavorful without making the side dishes too salty.
