Rice White Chicken

1. Diced chicken thighs are marinated with salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, black pepper, sugar, and soy sauce.

2. Put diced garlic in a hot oil pan, stir fry the diced chicken and change its color.

3. Add the diced rice whites and stir fry, add cooking wine, a small amount of light soy sauce, add water to cover the ingredients and simmer until the water boils.

4. Add the shallots before serving.

5. Serve edible!
