Cumin Oil Soybean Skin

Put ginger, cumin, and sliced bean curd in a hot oil pan and stir fry.

Add fungus and stir fry.
3.
Add oiled chicken (the chicken is marinated in oil with salt, pepper, cooking wine and cornstarch) and stir fry.
4.
Stir-fry the light soy sauce and cooking wine, put the shallots in and out of the pot!
